Elevated Construct brings decades of combined experience in the electrical field from residential, commercial, stadium and arena, to industrial process to the table with the hopes of helping ensure a quality project outcome, on time and with good building practices. Having been on numerous tenant improvement projects over the years it’s apparent that the inspectors don’t always catch everything, and you cannot rely solely on the pride in craftsmanship in each individual working on you project. As much as we wish that were the case and we could be certain every tradesman takes as much pride and effort as we strive to, we know we also aren’t perfect, and everyone makes a mistake at some point. We come together to combine our experiences, horror stories, and pride in what we do to help ensure your project gets the level of attention to detail we put into our own conduit racks and labeling. We work with you on contract throughout the job or at different milestones to thoroughly walk through the project and evaluate the electrical installation. We provide a report of all issues noted with photos and locations for easy reference, as well as recommend fix and code section if a violation is in place. As electricians we know no one likes it when someone else dictates means and methods to us on our own project, that’s not what we are here to do. We are here to ensure quality. Are the in-wall boxes feeding the wiremold raeway at the correct elevation? Was the backsplash on interior elevations considered or will it be blocking the box installed in wall? Are the lights in line or are they staggered? Are the switches the correct dimension over to not be impeded by the door or wall décor per the architectural drawing? God forbid the panel is installed on sheetrock with sheetrock anchors. This is where we attempt to ensure there are no ‘go backs’. Return visits to area’s and back charges between contractors just make a mess of the project and ultimately cost money. Our goal is to minimize that as much as possible and ensure you have a well-executed, compliant installation, on time and on budget. We do this with the knowledge that a well vetted installation is a cost but also a cost and times savings in the end over the potential issues that can arise pushing at the pace we often do.
